The ProblemOur client needed to create a dry repair workshop at a new site. However he had a redundant workshop at an old site that was not in use. Could we lift and replace it at the new site?

The Old Redundant Workshop

Our SolutionMJM Industrial excavated the ground and prepared a new concrete base. We then completely dismantled and marked the old building in stages and transported it across to the new site.
The frame work was resurrected, new insulation fitted and finally the external cladding was repaired, replaced where necessary and re-fitted. This saved the customer approximately £40k in new building costs.
A very pleasing result
