The ProblemMJM were recently requested to carry out a major ‘Shutdown’ of a theme park in order to carry out essential maintenance for the health and safety and upkeep of the hydraulic and pneumatic park rides. Over a 7 day continuous period, our team of dedicated professional engineers worked 12 hours a day to complete this job within strict timescales, in time for the busy spring half term.

Our SolutionMJM Industrial had a team of 8 Mechanical and Electrical engineers fully supervised by an MJM Supervisor on this shutdown. We also machined bespoke shafts and bearings on a same day turnaround, and fabricated parts to modify the systems.
We have now been awarded with several shutdown shifts and maintenance cover within this site.
