The ProblemThe client wanted to move premises and MJM were instructed to decommission the existing factory.
MJM were also asked to prepare the new factory in a very tight turnaround timescale to aid the client moving within the timescales requested.

Our SolutionMJM installed all new mains power to works, air supply and water supply. In addition to this, we built new offices and spray rooms, installed extract systems, supplied and installed new perimeter fencing and installed a new wash down area incorporating a drainage and inceptor tank.
MJM handled all planning and design, plus construction, carpentry, electrical and mechanical installs.
The client moved premises on time and saved several thousand pounds in possible rent extension payments on their old premises.
